Box 3363–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, formerly known as John Macharia Ndungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Macharia Ndungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John Macharia Ndungu Tosti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name John Macharia Ndungu Tosti only.
