COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above named part development plan was on 4th April, 2022, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated at Nakuru City, within Nakuru County. Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, Regional Physical Planning Co-ordinator and the County Executive Committee Member’s Offices, Ardhi House, Nakuru. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, Regional Physical Planning Co-ordinator and the County Executive Committee Member’s Offices, Ardhi House, Nakuru. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 2870–20100, Nakuru within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 27th April, 2022.
