REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Monica W. Kinyua, of P.O. Box 13077, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0400, hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under the title No. Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/15568, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33(5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
