Box 108–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Otieno Abidha alias Henry Otieno, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2001. CAUSE NO. 486 OF 2021 By Chrales Nyayieka Odiala, of P.O. Box 28–40610, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Nyayieka Odiala, who died at K.E.D.H., on 9th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2022 By Monica Atieno Kayongo, of P.O. Box 1020, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James William Origi Rabuogi, who died at Masumbi, Siaya, on 15th December, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
