Box 1628, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murabwa Odimo alias Marabwa Odimo, who died at Mahanga, on 22nd December, 1983. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2020 By (1) Zipporah Charles Kitiabi, (2) Pamela Nangila Mutoro and (3) Job Mutoro John, all of P.O. Box 277, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutoro, who died at Musingu, on 3rd August, 2009. Box 293, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredy Imbuga Simidi, who died on 2nd March, 2012. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2022 By Mathias Murunga Khasolo, of P.O. Box 25, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Khasolo Masiongo alias Khasolo Masiongo, who died at Lukusi Sub-location, on 29th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
