Box 80, Wangúru, the deceased’s administratrices, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndari Macharia, who died at Kiarukungu Sub-location, on 13th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2021 By (1) John Kamau Mithanga and (2) Peter Kariuki Mithanga, both of P.O. Box 80, Wanguru, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathangauta Sub- location, on 28th June, 2010. CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2021 By Francis Gicobi Ngondo, of P.O. Box 80, Wanguru, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngondo Mbuci, who died at Kerugoya District Hospital, on 15th May, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
