TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2021 By Sylvester Otieno Madialo, of P.O. Box 883–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogaloh Sarah Acholah, who died at Kisumu Specialist Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2022 By Paulette Margaret Opondo Ogola, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George E. Ogola Adhiambo alias George Eastman Ogola alias George Eastman Ogola Adhiambo alias Dr. George Ogola, who died on 8th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
