TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Alice Mmbone Onditi, of P.O. Box 37, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Akwesera Onditi alias Akwesera Onditi, who died at Musembe Sub- location, on 30th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By (1) Dainah Indombo Jotham Burudi and (2) Joseph Lumbasi Burudi, both of P.O. Box 1, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Burudi Shibuli, who died at Kivaywa Sub-location, on 12th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
