TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 50 OF 2021 By Enos Mabinda Otabile, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Otabile Omwohi alias Otabile Opilo, who died at Essaba, on 19th May, 1996. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2022 By (1) Simon Ayilo Ndika and (2) Samwel Ndika Esipira, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Ndika Nawutse alias Ndika Nabutse, who died at Ebusamia Location, on 26th April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
