Box 322−20117, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wangari Njuguna, who died at Kabuteti, Mundoro, Kiganjo, on 17th March, 1991. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2022 By Moses Ndungu Kimani, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eleneta Thithi Kimani, who died at Gikarangu Sub-location, on 23rd December, 2017. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2022 By Ephantus Nyutu Kamau, of P.O. Box 15, Maragua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Muriathi, who died at Gikomora, on 2nd June, 1997. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Kamau Kagunda and (2) Peter Kamau Kagunda, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagunda Kamau, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
