TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E404 OF 2021 By Kibiwott Koech, of P.O. Box 1315-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Rotich Langat, advocate of Kapsabet, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptingei arap Chelulei, late of Kaptangunyo, who died there on 13th April, 2001. CAUSE NO. E427 OF 2021 By Lenah Jepkoech Rop, of P.O. Box 1315-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kiprop Tiony, who died on 22nd October, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
