CAUSE NO. 670 OF 2021 By Elizabeth Nyaboke Orina, of P.O. Box 890, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekiah Orina Nyamboki, who died at Mediforte Hospital in Kenya, on 27th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. 691 OF 2021 By (1) Janefer Moraa Francis, (2) Samwel Samoita Michira and (3) Gibson Nyantika Michira, all of P.O. Box 459—40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Michira, who died on 1st August, 2021.
