TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2021 By (1) Keith Eliud Njenga, (2) Kelvin Kinuthia Kinyanjui, (3) Sheillah Mumbi Kinyanjui and (4) Angella Wambui Kinyanjui, all of P.O. Box 500, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Susan Wangui Kinuthia, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2021 By (1) Magdaline Wambui Ndegwa, (2) Cecilia Nyaguthie Ndegwa and (3) Rebecca Mwihaki Ndegwa, all of P.O. Box 141, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Joseph Ndegwa Kamau alias Tiras Joseph Ndegwa Kamau alias Tirus J. Ndegwa Kamau, who died at St. Joseph Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
