TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E295 OF 2021 By Anna Jemesunde Ruto, of P.O. Box 3862, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibet Busienei Kirui, late of Kaprobu, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 2011. CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2022 By Richard Wanjala Waswa, of P.O. Box 7623–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Kibii & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elamu Waswa Nabiswa, late of Lukuyani, who died at District Hospital, Lukuyani in Kenya, on 2nd May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
