TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 192 OF 2021 By Margret Odinga Odundo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of John Odundo Manguro alias Odundo Manguru, who died at Kamgundho Sub-location, on 16th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. 193 OF 2021 By Margret Odinga Odundo, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Okimbo Ochola, who died at Kamgundho Sub-location, on 23rd June, 1982. CAUSE NO. 194 OF 2021 By Margret Odinga Odundo, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Peter Okang Manguro, who died at Kamgundho Sub-location, on 6th August, 1986. CAUSE NO. 266 OF 2021 By (1) Hellen Odhiambo Onunda, (2) Margaret Akinyi Owejee and (3) Silas Odhiambo Ojanga, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Elizabeth Achieng Odhiambo, who died at Wanyama, on 5th February, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
