TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 284 OF 2021 By Conslata Akongo Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Michael Onyango Kiduwa, who died at Suna Raha Location, on 1st January, 1982. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2022 By Nicholas Okinyi Ouko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ouko Ochola, who died on 4th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2022 By Hesbon Okal Ojwang, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Ojuang Yada alias Ojwang Yada, who died on 20th October, 1987. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2022 By Sylus Okeyo Okeyo, of P.O. Box 12, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Joseph Okeyo Owuor alias Otuoma Owuor, who died at Kadera Lwala Sub-location, on 1st June, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
