TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2021 By Esther Kisaka Muliro, of P.O. Box 1742–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisaka Habimpa alias Kisaka Nabiimba, who died at Kwanza, on 31st January, 1997. CAUSE NO. 179 OF 2021 By Tina Marie de Oliveira, of P.O. Box 1982–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of probate with will annexed to the estate of William Roderick Taylor, who died at James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander, NL, on 19th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
