Box 943–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Kimani Mbatia, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 21st September, 2011. CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2021 By Mary Nanyama Barasa, of P.O. Box 245–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Barasa Mabuka, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 9th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
