E80 OF 2020 By Simon Mutisya Muindi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muindi Mutia, who died on 10th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. 373 OF 2020 Titus Kioko Lungu, of P.O. Box 558–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lungu Nzoka Mutie, who died at Mubau Sub-location, on 26th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E278 OF 2021 By Veronicah Mukeli Ndemange, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngula Musya, who died on 9th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
