Box 70- 60100, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tarcisio Kathuri Njagi alias Tarcisio Kathuri Njage, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2021 By (1) Nichasio Mwaniki Njeru and (2) John Ireri Ngiriri, both of P.O.
