TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2021 By Nelson Nyaga Njiru, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Kigetu, who died at Ngandori East Location, on 1st October, 1989. CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2021 By Edith Ndege Njue, of P.O. Box 759, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael K. NJue Njeru alias Michael Kathuri Njue Njeru, who died at OLL Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
