TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2022 By John Njau Nganga, of P.O. Box 52309–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Njeri Nganga, late of Kinamba, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 29th March, 1996. CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2022 By (1) David Mathenge Mwangi and (2) Hiram Mwangi Mathenge, both of P.O. Box 290–20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Perpetua Wangui Mathenge, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 1st August, 2021. 11th February, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
