TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2021 By Peter Muhoro Kimani, of P.O. Box 53, Kalimoni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Mwangi alias Elijah Kimani Mwangi, who died at Nembu, on 22nd August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E248 OF 2021 By (1) Henry Wanyoike Njuguna and (2) Martin Wanyoike Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 301–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Njeri Njuguna alias Veronica Njeri Nyoike, late of Gatundu, who died at Kiamworia, on 22nd January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
