TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E352 OF 2021 By (1) Jackson Ng’ng’a Waweru and (2) Dorothy Wanjala Mwata, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Gichuhi Waweru, who died at Beyond Scope Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E396 OF 2021 By (1) Livingstone Nyale Chishenga and (2) Dickson Mwalewa Kishenga, both of P.O. Box 18213–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Chisenga alias David Gishenga James, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 14th February, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
