E28 OF 2021 By (1) Benedicto Wanjiku Mwangi and (2) Simon Muigai Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 12434–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwangi Wainaina, who died at Naidu Hospital in Kenya, on 25th February, 2014. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Martin Kiaraho Kangethe and (2) Charles Mwangi Kangethe, both of P.O. Box 67481–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kangethe Kiaraho, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
