TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By Dorothy Atieno Tsombe, of P.O. Box 1594–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Charles Okoth Ocholla, who died at Riat, Kisumu, on 14th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Stephene Ndege Obura, (2) Rachel Adhiambo Obura and (3) Jacqueline Osawa Obura, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Elias Obura Ndege, who died on 7th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
