NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 345, in Volume B-13, Folio 2160/18103, File No. 1637, by our client, Ebrahim Abdulrahim Abubker, of P.O. Box 86312–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ajmal Ebrahim Abdulrahim Abubaker Issak alias Ajmal Ebrahim Abubaker alias Ajmal Ebrahim Abdulrarahim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ajmal Ebrahim Abdulrahim Abubaker Issak alias Ajmal Ebrahim Abubaker alias Ajmal Ebrahim Abdulrarahim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ebrahim Abdulrahim Abubker, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ebrahim Abdulrahim Abubker only.
