NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th February, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 351, in Volume B-13, Folio 25th March, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2175/18262, File No. 1637, by our client, Zeinulabidin Ali Mohamed, of P.O. Box 91167–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abidina Ali Mohamed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abidina Ali Mohamed and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zeinulabidin Ali Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Zeinulabidin Ali Mohamed only.
