GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3333

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 5 (2), 17 (2) and 22 (3) of the Kisii County Health Facilities Improvement Fund Act, 2020 as read together with sections 23 and 24 of the Transition to Devolved Governments Act, 2012, the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Health Services appoints the persons named below to serve as Members of the Kisii County Health Facilities Committees, Health Centres and Dispensaries respectively for a period of three (3) years with effect from 17th January, 2022. This notice revokes the earlier appointments in the respective facilities.
