THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benson Muchiri Kagiri alias Muchiri Kagiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all thoat piece of land containing 1.78 hectares or thereabout, known as Gichugu/Settlement Scheme/1188, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kerugoya in succession Cause No. 139 of 2015, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Evanson Kagiri Muchiri (ID/10497589) and (2) Dickson M. Kagiri (ID/6448062), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Evanson Kagiri 1584 1584 Muchiri (ID/10497589) and (2) Dickson M. Kagiri (ID/6448062), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benson Muchiri Kagiri alias Muchiri Kagiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
