THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiplangat A. Samoei (deceased), of P.O. Box 2430– 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Uasin Gishu/Mile Thirteen/504, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 142 of 2014, has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Christine Chepchumba (ID/5596453) and (2) Jerotich Samoei (ID/5578989), both of P.O. Box 629–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of (1) Christine Chepchumba (ID/5596453) and (2) Jerotich Samoei (ID/5578989), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Kiplangat A.
