REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Mulandi Nzivo (ID/1064189), is the registered proprietor in of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngong/Ngong/89035, situate in the Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue a new land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
