REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sospeter Nyagwansa Arasa, of P.O. Box 552, Ngong Hills in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in of all that piece of land containing 1.62, hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Olekasasi/1529 , situate in the Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue a new land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
