REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Everlin Jeptanui Serem (2) Selly Jepkirui Cheruiyot and (3) Grace Cherop Chepkwony, as trustees of Baiywat Sugoi Women Group), all of P.O. Box 3375–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership 1582 1582 interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Uasin Gishu/Mile Thirteen Trading Centre/66, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
