REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thana Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 421, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0473 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, known as Subdivision Number 17805/I/MN, registered as CR. 62073/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
