REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Said Abdulhamid Said, of P.O. Box 486–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0114 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, known as Mombasa/Block XLII/209, and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
