REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Suleiman Mohamed Said Al-busaidy, of P.O. Box 81479, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya and (2) Soud Salim Soud Ali Salim Kkhaflan, of P.O. Box 82240–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, as the appointed trustees of Mohamed Said Suleman, are registered as proprietors freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2237 acres or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/17, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
