WHEREAS Karanja Kinuthia, of P.O. Box 13012, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 6783/3, situate in North East of Limuru Township in Kiambu District, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Nairobi as volume N9, folio 181/10, file 7534, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed 25th March, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
