IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 179 (2) of the Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning appoints— Reuben Ndegwa, Ben Kajwang (Dr.), Thomas Maara Gichuhi, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Policy Holders Compensation Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 21st February, 2022.
