TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2022 By (1) Maria Nakami Indimuli, (2) Patrick Omoto Indimuli and (3) Joram Ayub Indimuli, all of P.O. Box 1494, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson Indimuli Wakhu, who died at Esumeyia, on 6th April, 2015. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2022 By Elizabeth Nafulka Sifuna, of P.O. Box 2450, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manya Melab Kuta, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 18th November, 2020 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
