TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2021 By Dorothy Ngoli Livingstone, of P.O. Box 37, Mghambonyi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magenda Jeremiah Mwakilenge, who died at Mtoni Sub-location, on 22nd July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2021 By Crispin Allan Mwanganga, of P.O. Box 1, Mwatate in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Kambe Mwadime, who died at Shimanzi, on 1st April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
