TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2021 By (1) Johnic Kule Marandu (2) Tonny Mramba Marandu (3) Darius Dzombo Marandu and (4) Evans Mbura Marandu, all of P.O. Box 17–10105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marandu Dzombo Mbura, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
