TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Anna Ngina Kiarie and (2) Samuel Waweru Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 119–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Kinyanjui Kabash, who died at Mpeketoni S.C.H., on 29th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By Wangari Elija Kabiri, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Gachio Muchori, who died on 16th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
