TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By (1) John Mogore Gesongo, (2) Thomas Chacha Gesongo, (3) Chana Alfred Matindeni and (4) Agnes Munyangi Chana, all of P.O. Box 751, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nchagwa Chacha, who died on 6th July, 1983. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2021 By Gladys Iminza Itumbo, of P.O. Box 35, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Sirincha Itumbo, who died on 11th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
