TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2022 By Jackson Ngetich, of P.O. Box 66, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Kipkoech Ketienya, late of Kimawit, Sotik, who died on 4th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2022 By Peter Kipsang Tele, of P.O. Box 175, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritima arap Soi, late of Kipsonoi, who died on 15th July, 2019. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2022 By (1) Julius Kiprugut Too and (2) Francis Abuya Kunyoria, both of P.O. Box 416, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo Teigutwo alias Kiptoo arap Teigutwo, late of Tepkutwet, who died on 9th January, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
