TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2021 By (1) Leonard Otura Angunya and (2) George Ainda Angunya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogola Olum alias Wilson Ogola Olum, who died on 25th January, 1995. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2021 By (1) Arthur Owuor Kwama, (2) Samuel Martin Okumu, (3) Apollo Owuor Kwama and (4) Joyce Abwajo Oyugah, all of P.O. Box 24, Koru in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Ochuka Kwama, who died at Homalime, on 20th March, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
