TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 344 OF 2021 By Anastasia Odera, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Odero Ojenge aliasGeorge William Odero Ojenge, who died on 19th December, 2001. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2022 By Shakaria Ong’wech Rayoro, of P.O. Box 32, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Rayor Musenye alias Rayor Musenye, who died at Ambira Sub-location, on 6th June, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
