TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2021 By (1) Fredrick Okumu Ng’iela, (2) Peter Ogola Tamia, (3) Dalmas Owino Migaya and (4) Anastasia Anyango Owino, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyoo Tame, who died at Nyawita Sub- location, on 1st December, 1979. CAUSE NO. E422 OF 2021 By Raisa Atieno Randa, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Akech Obota, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2015. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2022 By Zakayo Nyamolo Ondeng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christine Oyuga Ondeny, who died at West Migwena, on 20th May, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
