TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2022 By (1) Nancy Nanjala Ochami and (2) Robert Wekesa Lunani, both of P.O. Box 150, Ndalu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Lunani Masibai, who died at Ndalu. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By Ruth Chemtai Kisa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Shikuku Makwere, who died at Deam and Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
