Box 2–50312, Hamisi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Igwadua Masalia alias Igadwa Musalia, who died at District Hospital, Vihiga in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2009. CAUSE NO. 104 OF 2021 By Abraham Masiza, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musisa Ndinja alias Masitsa Vindja, who died at Chebilat Sub-location, on 28th August, 1993. CAUSE NO. 193 OF 2021 By Philes Mushiere Asunya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edina Andeyo Asunya alias Edina Ondenyo w/o Asunya, who died at Serem Sub- location, on 30th August, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
